Established on January 11, 1929 by the Main Committee of the Polish Red Cross; awarded to individuals and institutions of merit in carrying out the tasks of the Association.
The badge is made of bronze, silver-plated and enameled. On the reverse side, engraving "PCK Meritorious".
Thickly varnished, on the original ribbon.
