Established by the Union of Societies of Insurgents and Warriors, which was founded on May 14, 1922. Union of Societies of Insurgents and Warriors, for participation in the Greater Poland Uprising of 1918/1919. They were first distributed on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the uprising. By 1928, several versions were made, and a total of more than 10,000 numbered badges were awarded.

Two-piece, minted with countermark, numbered on the back - 7857; lightly varnished.
