A very interesting badge, made in silver, in Teodor Werner's workshop, signed with his name and an anchor - the mark of Karol Malcz, whose renowned workshop he took over.
The badge probably symbolizing graduation from a medical university in the Polish territories under the Russian partition, or the Russian state. Nicely enameled and preserved. Punched cap, also made in silver.
Measures 36 x 32 mm, the nut is 17 mm in diameter, very well fitted to the post.
