A unique and very attractive item in its own way.
The banknote bears the handwritten signature of the then President of the NBP, Mr. Grzegorz Wojtowicz. The signature is exactly the same as printed in intaglio on the banknote. Here "duplicated" in handwritten pen by the President himself.
Such items are very rare, usually existing in no more than a few pieces. They were created individually in the era, at the request of people who, first of all, were collectors and were interested in collecting banknotes, and at the same time they had to be people who knew the prominent person in question personally at the time.
The most common banknotes on the collectors' market today are those autographed by the banknote designer - Mr. Andrzej Heidrich. This illustrious designer did not refuse the demand of the collector market in this regard, while all other autographs on banknotes of persons associated with the issuance of these bills are very rare. The present piece is just such a piece.
