An early variety of 10 marks from the second issue, but with the typeface numerator still Berlin III. Same as on the first variety, with Tickets in capital lettering and series stamped on the reverse once.
Numbering type known only to the numbering range up to the initial digits of 40..., with the numbering of 41.... there is already a changed numerator typeface. The change is significant, very distinctive and easily visible in the appearance of virtually all digits.
The present variety naturally introduced earlier has dispersed and worn out in circulation. Now rare and even in circulating states.
