Its issuer was the commander of the 4th District of the AK from the 1st District of the Srodmiescie district, Major Stanislaw Steczkowski alias "Zagonczyk," and the password "Rule" was the codename of the command of the 4th District of the AK.
Banknotes with these stamps were intended for soldiers of the grouping as a commemorative first insurgent pay.
