Natural and nice in presentation; stale with slight undermining only the left edge (presumably the bill was sticking out of the file), in it two tiny tears, but only shallow enough that we felt they did not lower the condition below 3. In the field a few fractures, but clean and not strong; only the central vertical one is more pronounced.
For this rare issue in nice states of preservation, this is quite an attractive piece for the collection.
