The rarest denomination of Principality banknotes and the most difficult to obtain unstamped, i.e. as pieces naturally left out of circulation and not reported to the Liquidation Commission. There are still signatures in this denomination, for which no unstamped pieces are currently known. Mariusz Kozlowski noted the existence of only 13 unstamped 5-penny copies (in comparison, he described 46 two-penny copies).
A very well-preserved piece.
Natural, with only slight weakening of the edges at the junction with the fracture lines. Very good presentation and beautifully displaying dry stamps.
A rarity in very attractive condition.
