The paper is quite noticeably crumpled, as if once "grdulled", but at the same time these creases not firmly fixed and clean.

Cut by hand from a sheet to a near target format (177 x 93 mm).
The main printing on the obverse is missing - there is only subprinting and numbering; the reverse is fully completed.
