Very interesting intermediates from a forgery plant.
Two uncut pairs of unfinished 500 zlotys. One with completed obverse printing, but only a subprint on the reverse. The other the reverse - completed reverse printing, only a subprint on the obverse.
Both without numbers. Printed/printed on paper without watermarks, and the paper is quite thick, noticeably thicker than the issue proper. Paper perceptibly cardboard-like in feel, but at the same time of inferior quality, porous and rough, and quite "soft" rather than the smoothed and "hard" thinness of the original issue.
A great rarity and a great curiosity, especially in the form of uncut pairs and as in this case two.
Both episodes format approximately 190 x 205 mm.
Both nicely preserved, with no deflections in the field, and only imperfections in the edges and margins, including and a few minor tears or minor damage to those edges.
Definitely recommended.
