The banknote is sandwiched between two glass panes cut to its size, which are joined on the sides with bookbinding canvas. There is no way to get to the banknote without cutting the canvas connecting the plates, which we also did not do. The banknote inside is not fixed permanently, also destroying the package you can take it out.
Viewing through the glass, we do not see any deflection in the field, but only a deeper fracture of the lower left corner. In addition, a spot at the top and a single, old, dry sticky patch on the back.
We see no other flaws.
Estimating by quick, we can assume the state of preservation at 2+.
