This is the so-called "Jaroszewicz Pattern", i.e. a banknote with a running number, from a pool intended for circulation, but with a low number and bearing the MODEL perforation in the bank for transfer to the collection of the then Prime Minister Piotr Jaroszewicz (Prime Minister in 1970-1980).
