It is a proof—a print of the steel engraving of the obverse of the 1948 50 zł note featuring a fisherman. It was printed on thin, very high-quality paper, similar to that typically used for this issue, but without watermarks.
The condition is flawless, with only a slight crease in the upper left corner. Fully natural, beautifully visible intaglio impressions are visible on the reverse side.
