According to Maciej Kurek, "Currently, the TKM Lodz pledge letters of the seventh series are among the extremely rare (pieces issued). The most common (though, of course, they are rare specimens) are the 3,000 rb slips from the Z. Terakowski and S-ka printing house - these are blanks with the back part at various stages of completion of printing...".
The smallest denomination of the issue and the second with a low mintage (the lowest mintage has a denomination of 250 rubles).
Printed in 1913 by the printing house "R. Resiger & Mueller", which was completely destroyed by fire in 1917.
