Polski Lloyd is a licensed shipping and customs company, also engaged in international transport, maritime transport or transport insurance. It operated in Poland throughout the interwar period starting in the early 1920s. In addition to outposts throughout the country, it also maintained foreign representative offices in New York, Vienna, Paris, Berlin or Basel.
Numerous issues of this issuer maintained in an analogous design, but with changed colors, are an interesting and well-liked collector's subject. They are rarely found in commerce.
