Hand-signed on the stock is Piotr Steinkeller, industrialist and financier, initiator of the Warsaw-Vienna Railway.
The second signature belongs to a representative of the Commercial House of the Łubieński Brothers and Company in Warsaw, as the director of the construction of the Warsaw-Vienna Railway was one of the members of this aristocratic family - General Count Tomasz Łubieński.
