Diploma of the awarding of the Medal of the Tenth Anniversary of Regained Independence issued by the Directorate of State Railways in Gdansk.
Among the diplomas for this popular award, the most noteworthy are those issued in Gdansk, which had the status of a Free City in the interwar period.
The document is hand-signed by Eng. Tadeusz Czarnowski, the first director of the Gdansk Railway Directorate since 1920.
