There are publications that are large and bulky, which one spends a lot of time perusing only to find on the horses that they contribute little.
Conversely, there are small, unassuming editions that are absorbed in one breath, with every line of text saturated with content and content. These are rare, and, as a rule, are an expression of the author's craftsmanship, sharing his empirical knowledge in them, caring first and foremost for content, less for form.
This publication is no different. A small booklet format of only 11.5 x 16.8 cm, 24 pages of text and a group of tables with photos. The booklet, which one of connoisseurs and lovers of Polish medals even wanted to reprint on the centenary of its publication (1925/2025) consider it one of the best publications treating medals.
A tattered, but complete and usable piece.
Item from the book collection of Kazimierz Zbichorski.
