Diameter ~33mm. Rim shaped like a steering wheel, inside embedded copper Coat of Arms of the Duchy of Warsaw, which is a slice of a 3 grosz 1811 coin (the date can be seen on the back). Interestingly solved clasp - a safety pin attachment and a hook ingeniously embedded rumbach of the wheel. Ingenious product, although the quality of workmanship is not the highest, rather amateurish.
