The last "POLISH GROSZ" of the times of the Partitions of Poland in a very rare version of the new minting.
Only one of two pieces of this type of coin listed on the Polish auction market in the 2000s.
Issued by the Mint of Warsaw, from the late 1850s, made with refreshed original stamps.
A type that was Russified as part of the repercussions related to the November Uprising, and later that year, 1835, pennies were issued without the notation "POLISH" and the coat of arms of Poland on the eagle's chest.
Beautiful state of preservation.
