A rarer coin, the minting of which was one of the consequences of the fall of the November Uprising. A tsarist decree of December 3, 1831 ordered the removal of insurgent coins from circulation, while in order to "strengthen ties" between the Kingdom of Poland and the Russian Empire in the financial field, the tsar ordered the minting of the first Polish-Russian two-coin coins.
