A distinctive and rare commemorative semi-talar, known as a vicarian (rarer than its full counterpart, the thaler of this issue).
Nice luster on the obverse. Traces of circulation not much. A nice, healthy coin.
Dresden Mint.
Vicarage coin - the name comes from the privilege of the Saxon electors, who, according to it, exercised vicarage in the Saxon district after the death of the emperor. To mark the occasion, coins of various denominations were minted, most with a beautifully executed depiction of the king pinning a horse.
Silver, diameter 35 mm, weight 14.42 g.
