A beautifully presented piece, with a clear, mint luster. Rubbed in the background on both sides. Detail very good, only with a cut going from the eagle's neck, next to the wing.
The issue of this variety was very small. It was quickly discontinued in the early period for technological reasons (wedging on the stamp with the side of the banner).
