A very rare variety of the first type of Elblag's municipal shellac.
Distinguished by an ornament at the top of the reverse: a cross in a circle.
Without the mark above the shield of arms, with the obverse legend started with a double circle.
Very rare, which is also confirmed by our archive (only two notations of this variety, out of 33 Elblag shekels, the last one from 2018! r.).
