The largest coin of the November Uprising.
The 5 zloty is the denomination minted in the lowest mintage among all coins of this issue. It amounted to only 22.5 thousand, where two-zloty coins were 7.5 times more, and trojaks were almost 50! A low mintage, especially since after the fall of the uprising, the tsarist government tried to withdraw these coins from circulation. Many of them survived only because they were souvenirs of the national uprising and as such were kept in homes.
A very nice one, with a scratch, on the rim, at 8 o'clock.
