A very rare variety with the letters M.V. at the bottom of the reverse, from the famous collection of Henryk Karolkiewicz (sold with an auction card).
In 1792, after the death of the previous administrator - Efraim Brenn, the Mint Commission decides to put the Mint designation on the coins. Depending on the language used - M.V. (Monetaria Varsoviensis) or M.W. (Warsaw Mint). And it is both of these notations that we can observe on the dime coins of this year.
The present piece is clearly a rarer variety with a Latin notation, which was (probably quickly) abandoned in favor of the M.W. notation, standardized with Polish legend inscriptions.
An interesting, very nice and equally rare coin.
