A very rare technological sample of a ten-dollar coin with Tadeusz Kosciuszko.
Made in aluminum in an edition of only 5 pieces (according to the State Mint).
Variety without the inscription SAMPLE, with virtually invisible initials of the designers: Kazimierz Zielinski and Edmund John under the ornaments.
Type not realized in the circulating version, depicting a bust between the ornaments, above the full denomination name (10 ZŁOTYCH), instead of the head above ZŁ 10 ZŁ, as we know it from PRL circulations.
Aluminum, diameter 31 mm, weight 3.51 g.
