A very rare numismatic coin.
The second of only three crown ternary anniversaries of King Sigismund. Against the background of pennies or half-pennies, the issuance of this denomination during his reign is almost incidental. The first batch is minted in 1527-1528, with the second of the vintages being noticeably rarer. Subsequent thirds do not return until 1546, after a hiatus of several years in their issuance.
Very nice state of preservation.
