Dużej rzadkości numizmat - liczman z czasów Zygmunta II Augusta.
Both in old studies (Czapski) and contemporary ones (Dróżdż) referred to a high degree of rarity R7.
A counterman belonging to Stanislaw Miloszewski of the Kościesza coat of arms, supervisor of the Mint in Vilnius.
The year minted on it fits into the history of the mint's operations. It is in 1555 that a change of its tenants takes place. According to Zbigniew Kielb, as a result of the lack of expected profits by Jan Lutomirski, the king gave the mint under lease to Jews. Miloszewski's short period in the mint position should therefore be combined not with management, but with the function of a temporary overseer, exercised on behalf of his guardian."
Also noteworthy is the sentence from the reverse,"Let the outlay not exceed the income."
One of the oldest countrymen from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
Copper, diameter 21.7 mm, weight 2.44 g
