The penultimate vintage of the Danzig ducats of Sigismund III.
A very nice coin with a beautiful fresh mirror background. Light bending and slight rubbing in the background in front of the portrait, otherwise lovely presentation.
Type with a narrow bust of the king, whose stamps were also used in the following year.
Reverse variety with crosses: on the sides of the console of the coat of arms shield and the beginning of the legend.
A rare numismatic coin in this condition.

Obverse: crowned bust of the king to the right, in armor, wearing a cuirass, with the Order of the Golden Fleece, in the rim:

Reverse: two lions supporting a cartouche with the city's coat of arms on a console. At the bottom the initials SB, at the top a wreath of leaves and twigs ending with a lily. In the rim:
