A very nice stylistic forgery of the period or an imitation of King Sigismund's crown trojak.
Given the Lewart coat of arms not inscribed in the shield, most likely modeled on the Bydgoszcz issue (B.99.1). The imitation marked B from our 23rd auction also came from the same workshop.
