A very interesting trojak.
The issue is stylistically different from the Cracow trojaks on which it was modeled. With different typeface of coats of arms, with weaker lettering.
This type of trojak is described in the catalog "Trojaks and sixpacks of Sigismund III Vasa from 1618 to 1627" among the Hetman issues. Specified there with high degrees of rarity (R6-R8).
Very nice state of preservation.
