Very nice ort. Natural, mint luster. Intense on the obverse. Slightly subdued on the reverse. Very good detail.
Attractive, especially for this type which is difficult to obtain in nice condition.
Representative of type II of the Danzig orts from the short issue of 1615-16. A compositionally beautiful design by Samuel Ammon - with a new portrait type (with a wide orifice) and a new reverse (with an oval shield of the coat of arms).
