The Bydgoszcz mint, owned by Stanislaw Cikowski, begins its operations in 1594, and minted shillings from the very beginning, doing so almost continuously until 1601.
The present shilling is the first vintage of shillings minted in Bydgoszcz, in accordance with the new ordinance. With the first letter of the city placed - B.
