Gilded, with two traces of attachment.
The second vintage of the city's Gdansk pennies with a portrait of Batory.
Embossed on a cylinder press, which came to the city with Jan Goebel, who returned to the city. Its mint mark - a ring - appears on the reverse.
With the year 1579, the style of the Danzig pennies changes. The reverse, which is a continuation of the style from the siege pennies, gives way to a Renaissance shield with the coat of arms of Gdansk, and the royal portrait also changes.
