Virtually unheard of at auctions, a brakteate of Prince Jaromir I (late 12th-13th century).
Issued from Western Pomerania, attributed to an unspecified mint of the Duchy of Rügen.
Described in Edmund Kopicki's Index (with a very high rarity grade of R7).
Representation: cross with expanded arms, in the rim: + IAROMAR.
Silver, diameter 20 mm, weight 0.70 g.
