Here it comes from the collection of Jadwiga Zakrzewska-Kleczkowska ( 1910-1985), the daughter of renowned numismatist-medievalist Professor Zygmunt Zakrzewski. Jadwiga shared her father's numismatic interests from an early age . Later she continued the family numismatic traditions, and was active in the work of numismatic societies at home and abroad, in particular, being active in the circles of Polish and Czechoslovak numismatists. After her father's death and in accordance with his last will, she donated his unique collection of Piast coins to the National Museum in Cracow. This auction features a small group of various numismatic items from her private collection.
Reverse: gate tower between two crosses, inscription in the rim.
Obverse: heraldic eagle with head to the left, in the rim an inscription.
