A later print of a French medal minted after John Casimir's abdication and his arrival in France, where he was received by Louis XIV and endowed with landed property - the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Pres.
As the sentence on the reverse tells us: Casimir, King of Poland, having relinquished his crown, was received in France.
On the obverse a number written in ink.
