Very rare set.
Two large medallions - obverse and reverse - of the "Honor to the Fallen" medal designed by Mieczyslaw Lubelski, minted at the Mint in Warsaw in 1924.
As we read in Jacek Strzałkowski's catalog:
"Models of each side of the medal were cast in bronze, in the number of about 20 pieces and sold for 140 zlotys each."
Good quality cast in bronze. Patinated, with a diameter of 24 cm.
