Dated to the time of King Wladyslaw IV.
The medal is chiseled in the background, with creases on the rim, otherwise nice, with luster and patina.
Silver, diameter 48 mm, weight 33 g.
Obverse: a man with a woman, in Spanish costumes, holding each other with their hands placed above the altar. Above them angels and the Holy Spirit. In the rim:

Reverse: two hands coming out of the clouds, holding a heart, below them a panorama of Gdansk, above them two branches and the sun with Ihs. In the rim:
