An interesting numismatic coin combining the period of the Second Republic with wartime.
The medal created based on the design of the famous Amrogovich coins of 1928, on the obverse of which was a crowned Eagle, and the reverse was the Virgin Mary with Child. The design was by the famous German medallion maker Karl Goetz, who reused it during World War II to create a propaganda medal for the Third Reich.
On the obverse, he placed a swastika on the Eagle, and in the obverse inscriptions: "Miraculous image from Czestochowa" "undisturbed under German guard."
Signed KG (Karl Goetz).
A very interesting addition to the collection of coins of the Second Republic.
