The author's medal from 2013 was made on the initiative of Jaroslaw Dutkowski, then president of the Society of Professional Numismatics (SNP), for the 20th anniversary of the Numismatic Review, a magazine published by the SNP. The medal was made in an edition matching the number of SNP members at the time, i.e. probably less than 30. Each piece was numbered and given to individual SNP members by name engraving.
The present one with number 8 given to Damian Marciniak can now be yours, and all proceeds from the auction, along with the auction fee, will be donated to WOŚP.
