Additionally being a rare portrait variety. With a bust of the king with a large head (with a different neck and chin profile than the "massive" busts), with undecorated epaulet straps.
Variety without the letters E-C (initials of Ernest Dietrich Croll) on the sides of the branches, and denoting the denomination 8 GR (printed letters).
