A nice, well-minted piece with preserved light luster.
It is a Type VI in the classification of Mark Poznanski, being the penultimate issue of this denomination under Casimir the Great. As its author points out "...it is represented by a small number of four varieties. This may indicate the short time of issuance of these coins".
Obverse: crowned figure seated on a throne, with an apple and a scepter. In the rim: COIN ↑ KAZIMIRI.
Reverse: eagle with outspread wings, facing left. In the rim: + REGIS ↓ POLONIE . K :.
Silver, diameter 20-20.5 mm, weight 1.21 g.
