Probably unique photos from the People's School, taken during World War I. The first photo from 1916, despite the partitions and lack of independence, exudes Polish symbols - in the foreground we see the Eagle, and on the right the banner with the Eagle. On the website of the V2 Action Heroes Middle School in Sarnaki we can read:
"In 1916, the German authorities occupied the school building for the commandant's office, and the school was moved to the house of Anna Tomaszuk, who taught there on behalf of Macierzy Szkolna. At this time, people's schools were established. The number of children increased, so the younger branches were moved to Chybowo, while the older ones were taught in private apartments in Sarnaki."
