An impressive large poster featuring the first and longest serving president of independent Czechoslovakia, Tomáš Masaryk (Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk).
A distinguished person called "the father of independent Czechoslovakia" or "the liberator president."
A beautiful, striking plaque. Cast in bronze, Format 170 x 216 mm.
Attached to a rigid curved base, finished in leather. On the back of the base a cardboard leg to allow standing, unfortunately now broken in two places, not fulfilling its function of support.
Except for the broken leg (foot), the state of preservation of the whole is very good.
The plaque is signed and dated 1923.
