According to Maciej Kurek, "The fifth issue of the 6% short-term loan of the City of Lodz was ultimately not issued. The issue had been prepared, the bonds had been printed, they were even ready to be issued (with numbering and handwritten signatures of the cashier of the Main City Cashier's Office) - but due to the drop in the value of the Polish mark, the issue ultimately did not take place.
Bonds to be issued (with numbering and handwritten signatures) are extremely rare."
