A very rare variety of the early-type 1563 trojak.
It is distinguished by a striated monogram and legends ending in LI / L, which have not been recorded in the catalogs "Coins of Sigismund Augustus" and "Coins and Ingots of Lithuania 1236–2012" (which are listed for the smooth monogram).
An early variant for this year, featuring a title without the abbreviation D*G (Dei Gratia—by the grace of God).
Understamping on the crown and its counterpart in the REX field, as well as slight understamping on the rim.
A natural, circulated piece.
