A very rare specimen of the highest denomination of the 1947 issue.
This is a technological specimen of the 1,000 zloty bill, with its characteristic zero numbering, bearing the SPECIMEN red overprint in two double lines. With an overprint typeface familiar from the zero-numbered designs of other denominations of the 1947 issue.
Different from the popular cash designs for this issue (marked with red crosses and SPECIMEN of a different typeface), with consecutive numbering (i.e. 1234567).
This is the first time in our offer.
And Polish company archives noted only two other, weaker condition pieces (one in PMG58, the other in st.3+/2- in 2005).
