One of three specially prepared pass tickets of the Second Republic from 1924. Issued directly by the Treasury Ministry (rather than the issuing bank). They supplemented monetary circulation at a time of perceived shortage of monetary coinage on the market. At the time, denominations from 1 to 50 pennies were realized, but only the 3 highest of them (10, 20 and 50 gr) were not reprints.
